I believe Dr Christopher Rubano knew my insurance wouldn't pay for my vein removal, but he continued to bill my insurance for three visits and a memagram! Then he wanted twenty four hundred out of pocket to remove my veins! He later claimed my insurance won't pay for what wanted done, which he knew up front they wouldn't cover it but claimed he didn't! Lier....
Dr. Rubano, Laura and the rest of the staff did such a great job helping me out. His knowledge and care for his patients is the highest level. He told me all about the procedure and the steps we needed to take to get there. He and his staff got me through the whole thing and onto recovery much quicker than I imagined it would be. It was a great experience on something I was very apprehensive and nervous about.
Dr Rubano, Laura, and Staff were very knowledgeable, and they made it easy for me to understand my issues and what the procedure is designed to accomplish. I highly recommend Dr. Rubano for anyone who needs vein and/or vascular procedures. Everyone involved made an unpleasant procedure quick and calmed me down in the process which greatly reduced my anxiety. Thank you and I look forward to my follow up. Sincerely, Todd Eagle
Dr. Rubano is great, fixed my Vein issue with such care and compassion as well as the staff, a wonderful office atmosphere, thank you every one at the Vancouver Vein and Surgery center
Dr. Rubano has a wonderful bed side manner. He couples transparency with friendly compassion in a personalized approach that feels rare. The staff here are incredibly kind and approachable.
