I have 2 separate issues with this service department. 1. They implemented some kind of new AI to ‘help’ with incoming calls. What this has led to is that every time it tries to transfer me to the service department, it rings 3-4 times and then hangs up on me. This has happened multiple times across different days. I stopped coming here a couple of years ago I only came in today because I had a coupon $39.95 well it was definitely more additional shop fees extra oil and they charge 9% tax on the regular price not what your price is! It took 2.5 hours and I had an appointment. What mechanic shop takes this long for a scheduled oil change never again I’ll pay full price at Honest 1 so much better!

Worst service I have ever received in my 50 years of driving. We had an appointment for service, dropped rig off & went home (15 miles each way). Then got a call that they didn't have the part in stock. Had to bring the rig back in on Mon and they would have a free loaner for me. I was there for an hour, waiting in line to drop off, waiting in line to check in and then waiting in line for the rental.
