I feel a lot more in tune with what my body's feeling now. I am now able to recognize the tightness/tenseness/aches & know that it's NOT normal & that I can feel better. The tenseness in my neck is much less and my headaches are virtually non-existent. I feel looser and lighter and can turn my head more easily that I ever thought I would be able to. I have also learned the right things to do to take proper care of my neck and back going forward. I am very happy with my decision to pursue chiropractic care!

Impressive – The most valuable improvement I have noticed since starting care is how I am now pain free and have been able to regain the full range of motion in my leg since my accident. It did not take long and it has lasted. It is such a great feeling not to be awakened at night by a grinding pain! I have noticed decreased pain and increased mobility in my cervical spine since my care with Dr. Hau but more importantly I have developed mindfulness around everyday patterns that were contributing to my limitations.
