I am a builder on the north shore and have dozens of builds under my belt. I hired Tarum to supply, install and do the preliminary calculation work for solar/batteries for a clients home. We paid him for the rough in work, we paid him for the design and we paid a deposit for the solar panel order and batteries. The client cancelled the scope of work afterwards.
