I had an excellent experience with Rob and Annie at Vancouver SMP. From initial consultation through to the final session, the entire process felt professional, thoughtful, and very well managed. Annie is an extremely skilled and professional SMP artist who delivers very natural-looking density. She’s also incredibly friendly and talks you through the entire procedure, which makes the experience comfortable and relaxing. I’m very happy with my results and would highly recommend her to anyone considering SMP.
Great experience through the whole process. I found Rob online through my research on SMP in the greater vancouver area. He is one of the OG in the field and very knowledgeable on the art and even history of the topic. My wife was the one that pick Rob among many artists in the industry because of pictures of past clients showing great results with natural hairlines (rarer than you think). I went to RobJames SMP for treatment, and I want to share how much I appreciate the care and cleanliness of the salon as well as the professionalism and friendliness Rob has with his student and her client. Jenna, a graduate of RobJames SMP training took the time to explain the process and prepared me with the before and after-care of the treatment before we started. Jenna did a wonderful job masking the thinning areas around my hairline, temple and part with great detail and care. I am very happy with the results.
