I had been researching SMP for a long time and chose to go with Rob. I had a great experience from start to finish. You could tell he wanted to deliver exceptional results, which he did. Would definitely recommend.

Annie Mili Chen was my Artist and she was a superstar, understanding, kind and insightful, had two sessions for a crown SMP, she completely understands what men go through with hair/balding mine turned out really well considering my self jokes about lipstick on pig prior to treatments, no more standing at that judgmental mirror that stress is gone, Thank you Annie it really helps, and she's got a great sense of humor which is rare these days, i got back some confidence so that's a win, don't be on the fence I was for year, ... read more

Was a really great experience I found Rob through extensive Internet research done by me I wanted the best in Vancouver to work on me and that’s what I got. I’m sure anyone in his practice would’ve been just fine but I decided to pay the extra and have Rob do the work on me
