My appt was canceled without any notification. When I showed up, the office staff was disorganized, unapologetic and dismissive. No customer service whatsoever. I do not recommend this clinic.
I have had such a great experience with Stephanie Do, R.D.H. At Vancouver Smiles Dentistry on Fourth Plain in Orchards. She has a calming effect and explains everything before and during your appt. I rate Stephanie 5 HUGE stars and recommend her highly!

I would definitely recommend Vancouver Smiles Dentistry . The staff is professional and friendly. Their Hygienist Linh worked on my teeth this morning and she does an excellent job! Linh is very knowledge and gives me professional tips so I can take the best care of my teeth and gum health. Thank you Vancouver Smiles Dentistry!
Linh was incredibly welcoming and polite throughout my visit. I was anxious about the procedure, but she took the time to explain everything in detail, addressing all of my concerns on the spot. She made me feel comfortable and never made me feel like a burden, no matter how many questions I asked. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
