I really hope people read these reviews because I cannot say enough good things about Vancouver Smiles Dentistry and my experience with them. First off I was greeted by the friendliest reception girls, Emily and Chelsy Absolutely made my day! On to Dr. Mena who is a true gem! Absolutely professional and caring staff. They have the utmost compassion for people with disabilities.
It was my first time and they were very kind.
My appt was canceled without any notification. When I showed up, the office staff was disorganized, unapologetic and dismissive. No customer service whatsoever. I do not recommend this clinic.
I have had such a great experience with Stephanie Do, R.D.H. At Vancouver Smiles Dentistry on Fourth Plain in Orchards. She has a calming effect and explains everything before and during your appt. I rate Stephanie 5 HUGE stars and recommend her highly!
