Location, cleanliness, and facility security seem great. Pricing practices are at best confusing and seem purposefully deceptive. Pricing on the site and through the whole sign-up process is wildly different from the total you actually pay after signing the contract (thank goodness I didn't). Even the customer next to us, who was a long-time customer, didn't know how much he was paying. None of the competitors we've worked with have had so many hidden costs or misleading pricing. I accidentally called Vancouver self storage meaning to call another company. Barry was great on the phone and sounded super helpful so I chatted with him and within two hours I had reserved a great space at a great price and Barry was super helpful that day and also really helpful to my husband who came two days later to load all our stuff. Super convenient location. Everything was easy and fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Amazing service and location. I love the fact I coudl drive right next to my container. It saved me a ton of time (no elevators or stairs at all).
