Staff is extremely helpful, yard is always clean and well managed and there’s plenty of security.
Staff is seriously awesome here, location is great and prices are really solid for the downtown area

Management is always on top of any questions/issues I ever had, the staff are friendly, the storage is safe,accessible and in a great location. Vancouver Self Store is situated very close to my shipping agent. Perfect for export and import. Barry and Andrew dealt with my requests with a refreshing swiftness. Accompanied with a helpfulness, courtesy and politeness one doesn't find in these days of non existence of customer service. Their abundance of security cameras added to their ample security.
