Do the public a favor and don't sell the crap the manufactures send you, especially Forrest River more like Dead Tree Wash.

Doug Markus was very laid back and there was no pressure. I would recommend going to their location and ask for him. He was great.
Their service department is horrible. They had my trailer 2 times both times they say they cant get it to leak. I take it out and within 30 minutes I have water coming out from the cabinet in the bathroom. I look in there and can see the water dripping from the water filter. front power hitch same thing now they say they put a new one on it. It has rust spots on it. they say oh it's off another new unit...still does the samething. paid cash for 2019 Rockwood Windjammer now they dont care. love our trailer but customer servic... read more
My first recommendation is to see Roger Kostman.He was the first and last employee that we dealt with.He can help you with anything. Seriously,he came to my home and helped me with the first issue that came up with our purchase. Which was nothing but owner error,thankfully.But he was right there willing to help me with my problem.
