Unfortunately, I have had to use Vancouver Restoration twice, and both times they were easy to work with and helpful in answering my questions. Kevin spent as much time as I needed to feel comfortable with the project. I will be forever grateful that he answered my phone calls and stuck with the project!

Kevin with Vancouver Restoration is great and easy to work with. Responds to my calls and shows up on time. Which is hard to find these days. We were back in our house before we knew it. I highly reccomend Vancouver Restoration. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

This is absolutely the most professional company that I could’ve ever asked for. They were in and out in less than a day and they were able to take care of all of my water damage in my crawl space super quick! Thank you Pat and Kevin!

I highly do not recommend this company. My husband worked for them back in December and they will not answer any of his messages/calls. The home owner said they paid them and that they should have paid my husband (the contractor) that did the work. They also mentioned they loved the work he did so that is not the issue. Patrick or Kevin will not answer at all. Even after numerous calls & text have been made by him and the home owners. Very unfortunate. Hopefully they will see this review and reach out to him.

As a complex with multiple units and different types of families Vancouver Restoration did a fantastic job helping us out and I cannot speak more highly of their communication! They took care of us a complex and our tenants as people. I would highly recommend and will be calling again if we ever need a service like it again
