Delivery arrived on time, but pretty disappointed overall. Paid $100 bucks to send my partner flowers - the arrangement was much smaller than expected, cheaper variety of flowers, and they didn’t last more than a few days before looking spent (20C inside the house in water in front of a window).

The process was super easy and hassle-free. I had a few requests, and Ray went above and beyond to make sure they were all taken care of. So Vancouver Red Rose came through in a big way for me. My wife was in town for Taylor Swift, visiting from Georgia USA. Since she is there on our anniversary I wanted to surprise her with flowers. Ray at VRR was incredibly helpful in making sure the flowers got to the right hotel room with the limited information I had about the girls trip my wife was on.
