Check your insurance coverage with your insurance company before making an appointment at Vancouver Radiology. I was told by the front desk at V.R they took my insurance, after getting x-rays the bill came back out of network.
Very rude. Would not help unless unless my request was faxed...FAXED?
I've been waiting since Oct 2020 for radiologist to look at my CT reports from Peace Health! Still nothing! Promised phone calls back & no one has returned my phone calls. Today i got told they don't have my CT's only an MRI! Wth is going on at this office! I'm beyond frustrated! ESPECIALLY since i was already told the CT report was there!
