We live in an urban area that happens to have a somewhat prominent natural feature nearby (which abuts clean water space). We do what we can to keep the area clean, but there are a lot of visitors, some of whom dump trash. We have it a try and called these folks and asked if they could help, and they said they would get rid of it, and within 48 hours it was gone. We have a drain in the alley behind our house that constantly overflows and floods our yard. I have called the public works team each time this has happened. They are always helpful, super responsive and go above and beyond to fix the problem for us. I cannot express how thankful I am for this wonderful team.

The roads will not fix themselves. There's potholes and roads decaying everywhere in Vancouver and nothing is being done. 2 BILLION DOLLARS a year isn't enough to pay you lazy bums to do your job?
