I was going to select your clinic for my child to get some help but after reading all the negative comments about your front end staff, I'd rather not. People are entrusting you with their mental health, while you let your front end staff, dehumanize your patience. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I’ve had a really positive experience with Vancouver Psychology Centre. I truly appreciate their flexibility in offering both virtual and in-person appointments, which makes it much easier to get support based on what I need at the time. My therapist has been incredibly gracious, patient, and supportive, always creating a safe space for me to work through things at my own pace. I’ve felt respected, heard, and never rushed. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received and would highly recommend them.

Probably one of the worst Psychology Clinics I've ever had to deal with. From management to front desk stuff very incoherent with their policies and appointments, zero or poor communication skills and a huge disregard for people's mental well-being, they seem more interested in the money and how to cover each other's failed atents of Psychologst. Absolutely wonderful experience. Dr. Ferrari is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly understands how to connect with children. Her approach is gentle yet effective, and she creates a safe, supportive space for both kids and parents. I’ve seen such positive changes and feel genuinely grateful for her guidance. Highly recommend!
