We highly recommend Doug and James - their professionalism, detailed, thorough inspection were greatly appreciated. We have used their services a few times and would absolutely use them again. Money well spent. Very pleasant to work with.
Doug and James conducted an inspection of the condo we were planning to purchase, and it was a wonderful experience working with them. The inspection report was detailed, easy to understand, and included plenty of helpful photos and illustrations. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an home/condo inspector.
Thorough and very professional inspection conducted by James and his team. They are knowledgeable, detailed, and explained everything clearly. The report was comprehensive and delivered promptly. Highly recommended!
Working with Doug was great! He's very friendly, professional and did an amazing job with inspection. He walked us through the apartment step by step, explaining everything clearly and sent a very detailed report.
Very good experience, report is clear and precise as well.
