James and his team performed a thorough inspection of the condo we are planning to buy, and what an amazing experience it was working with him and his team! He was friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire inspection. He walked us through every corner of the condo and clearly explained how to maintain the electric range, refrigerator, door knobs, dryer, and washer. Very accommodating, thorough and communicative.
Douglas and James father and son working together as a good team. They are super helpful and professional for our home inspection. They respond to our booking quickly and they provided lots of useful tips and reminders about maintaining the unit in the long run. They provided a comprehensive report with lots of photos on the same day and when we have questions they follow up with us willingly after the inspection.
Very detail inspection got some concerns about the heat pump and they answered honestly with instructions what to do next
Great service and many details in the report. Additionally, we were given many maintenance suggestions and tips. Just awesome experience overall
