They made a mistake with our payment plan/what they offered us, which that was frustrating. However, Dr Irwin reached out and worked with us to make it right and apologized for their part in it. Not only do they do an amazing job on the medical side but they seem to care and take ownership if there's ever an issue. Would highly recommend!
BEWARE! They do a great job I will give them that. However if they offer a payment plan, be careful doing it. They aren't forth coming and were very much pushed that if you can't pay upfront, just do the 18 month payment plan, no worries. Little did we know (they weren't honest/forthcoming at all) in the small fine print you're required to pay in full in order to have bumps removed (which was 8 months in).
