Only a nurse examined me...then she left the room to ask the doctor to come to assess and they refused , said they were busy.I waited 3 weeks for this appointment- nurse suggested I go elsewhere. Waste of time
A very sweet and understanding doctor answered all my questions about STI testing and treatment
They have no appointment ever available and when you try to call you sit listening to a 4 minute voice recording to have it hang up on you with 0 options. Completely useless, not sure when BC/Canada funds a place like this that doesn’t offer any support
The specialists in the clinic are excellent! But 4 stars because it was such a challenge to find the entrance (clinic works after 6, but the entrance is closed, so you need to go through another one, and the map is confusing). Also, it took a while to make an appointment.
