Dr. Kelly's goal is to sell you as many supplements as possible. Without asking, or explaining what she was doing, she pulled multiple bottles of supplements from the shelves and began labelling them with a black sharpie (writing the quantity and when to take the supplement). She never asked me if I wanted to buy them or if I was agreeable to buy the supplements. She then expects you to pay for them without questioning her. Beware, she is more interested in selling you products than actually helping you with your health.
Dr. Harris is a kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable naturopath who truly listens and cares. She approaches healing in a thoughtful, holistic way and takes time to understand the root of what’s going on. I really appreciate how she explains things clearly and supports me without pressure. She makes me feel safe and comforting. I feel lucky to have found her!
Dr. Kelly has been looking after our whole family for over 3 years now. She is wonderful! Very caring and empathetic, really listens and asks thoughtful questions. In particular, she was very helpful with post partum support after having two kids and worked with me to regain lost nutrition, address physical changes/pain and truly left no facet of my life out of the equation when making a plan to improve my overall well being. I have been a patient at the Vancouver Naturopathic Clinic since 2010. I have had issues with digestion, eczema, anxiety, high stress, tight/sore muscles, cholesterol, heart, allergies and libido.
