I called the office and spoke to Sunjay. He was very attentive and quickly made sure he could get the parts ordered right away and get my vehicle as soon as possible. He made the whole process easy, the car rental picked me up from his shop and drove me to their office. 4 days later my car was ready, he also took care of the rental drop off from his office so I didn't have to any thing else but drop it off at his shop. Great experience buying a car from Vancouver Motorsports. The service was excellent, and the car looks and drives like new. Dan was very honest and easy to work with. This is the second car we’ve purchased from him, and we’re very happy with what we have. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new car.
Very good work
The first point of contact with someone at VMS was with a young man named Moe. His customer realitionship skills are 10 out of 10 and he made me feel like family. He was the reason I returned to have my Audi repaired at VMS. I would also like to give a standing ovation to the person's who did the repair work on my vehicle, well done, excellent job.
