Found the used vehicle I wanted to buy online at VMS - a 2015 Lexus RX350. I had previously owned a 2014 so I knew exactly what to expect. I knew this vehicle was ICBC Rebuilt and was not phased. Sanjay and Mo were honest and transparent. The rebuild was amazing, the test drive exactly as expected. I came in to check it out and drove home in it. A pleasant and professional experience from start to finish.
I had an ICBC claim and my experience with Vancouver Motor Sports was really positive. The professionalism of the team was impressive and the quality of the work they did on my car was top-notch. The owner was super nice and took time to answer my questions, and helped arrange a rental car, which made things a lot easier for me. Great work!
What an awesome shop! Found a set of Momo pedals for my Fiesta ST and called up Dan about getting them installed since y'all know me with power tools. Dan was able to fit me in early and drill and align the new pedals and get me in and out of the shop in short order. Not only that, their attention to detail was exemplary! Dan also painted the leading edges black to match the rest of the pedals and ensured they cleared the floor pan and mats when in use. They fixed all the problems I was having with my 370z suspension in just a couple hours and they even raised it the perfect amount so I can get over speed bumps with ease. Great work, super nice people, highly recommended
