Went in for a consultation for wart removal. She kept repeating that she "can't do anything about it". I got annoyed and decided to press her on it. Apparently she meant she couldn't do anything about it THAT DAY, I needed to book in a week. After 10 minutes of getting nowhere with her and not getting any info I needed, I had to ask her about price of treatment, prep, recovery, etc (all the things SHE should have told me without me interrogating her to get the info). Kam is a very professional and educated technician. Kam knows exactly how to mould the skin to make you look years younger. You can tell that the years of honing her craft has paid off with the vast knowledge she has and how she loves to pass it all onto her clients. Kam is very focused and knows how to get results in a reasonable amount of time. I am extremely happy with Vancouver medi spa. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, and they took the time to explain every step of the process. I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout my entire visit. I'm thrilled with the results and will definitely be returning!
I had a very disappointing experience at Vancouver Medi Spa. I went in for a wart removal treatment (laser) and paid almost $250 for one wart. Unfortunately, the wart was not removed and there has been no improvement at all. After the procedure, I was told that a receipt/invoice would be emailed to me, but I never received it.
