Staff are super professional and friendly. After a previous bad experience trying to establish care at a different clinic. I was very hesitant but after discussing with the doctor I was immediately put at ease. He is highly knowledgeable and well versed in the research and other homeopathic medicines to help support treatment which I greatly appreciate. I have chronic nerve pain in my left foot due to a couple of back surgeries. Carl has been amazing answering all of my questions. Probably at least a couple of hours. Phone calls in the past few weeks about what the session would and also he goes above and beyond for just recommendations for me and genuinely cares for me and wants me to get better Due to a couple of reasons. I haven’t yet done the infusion so I can’t comment on that but if/when I do, I am definitely going to Carl as he seems the best.
