Formerly known as Nanaimo Moss removal, same owner. Incomplete work , photos 1 slope out of four slopes not finished. After two year of no return calls we now have moved on. Beware
We are very impressed with Ben and his crew. With his drone survey and the quote, I realized no one was going to outdo them in removing the moss from my roof. I cancelled another company that I had booked for a quote and have not been disappointed. See you next year for an annual treatment
Ben is prompt, professional, friendly and genuinely cares. He did a small job for me to clean out my gutters and fix a downspout, but then went above and beyond to repair and adjust the angle of a (previously) poorly installed gutter. He did it without being asked and at no extra charge, simply because he knew he could make it better for me. That's 5+ stars everyday in my book! Thank you Ben :)
