We had such a wonderful experience renting a wheelchair here. The owner was incredibly kind, efficient, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. Everything was smooth and easy, which made a huge difference for our trip. Thanks to him, my boyfriend was able to show me around downtown comfortably, and it really meant a lot to us. Difficult to deal with. A disappointment. For example, I brought in a screenshot of a grabber from Canadian Tire with the price. The owner told me he wanted to charge twice the price of the grabber from Canadian Tire -- for a second-hand one. Crazy making.

I’m a Retiree that just moved to Victoria, shopping for a rollator walker and an e-scooter to assist with my COPD exercise limitations. Unsafe and Negligent Service NEGATIVE ZERO We have had a terrible experience with Vancouver Island Medical Supply regarding a defective ceiling lift for a vulnerable senior in our care. From the very beginning, the lift they installed was defective. We reported issues on June 08, June 21, July 07, and July 09. On July 13, Doug picked it up due to yet another malfunction. Went to buy a lightweight transport chair with my mother for my grandfather with dementia. Didn't know what to expect but they sell a wide range of products that are all fairly priced. Got a great deal on the chair with friendly, knowledgeable, and caring sellers. Doug took the time to show me every aspect of the chair to ensure I knew how to work all the pieces, and even took the time to inspect it before buying to ensure it was in the best shape.
