Rude, dismissive and incompetent. My Dr told me to call them myself to follow up on a test I need that shes saying I’ll have to wait over a year for otherwise. The operator talked over me every time I tried to speak then transferred me to a voicemail that says they wont call me back. How is this healthcare??
People under their care screamed all day next to my building in Victoria, and staff did nothing about it.
Wow, we would be better off with no health authority, how could it get worse?
