A catering experience that exceeded expectations! I am a manager at the RCMP and have used VI Catering for Tour de Rock golf tournament, detachment grand opening, a RCMP Regimental Ball and for a recent ceremony. Their incredible team and service provided an amazing experience. With each event comes menu and other challenges. Allison and her at VI Catering team truly knocked it out of the park! They hosted our Christmas Party, which is always a highlight of our team events and it was such a fantastic experience that we’ve already booked them again for this year.
