Outstanding support from the service department. We brought our 2024 Hino L7 (still under warranty) in for a DEF sensor issue and a manual regen warning. They fit us in on short notice and had us back on the road within a few hours. Best part - everything was covered under warranty, no diagnostic fees or surprise charges. That’s exactly how warranty service should work unless it’s clearly the customer’s fault something broke down. Way more fair than what we usually deal with in Calgary. Thanks guys!
