It's never easy when someone you love passes. The Vancouver Granite team, especially Misty, was super easy to work with and had great follow through. We were hoping to have the headstone installed for what would have been my mom's 82nd birthday - and even though the lead times were longer than that, they made it happen. Couldn't be happier with the outcome of the headstone, communication and overall service.

The people who work here are thoughtful, considerate, and very helpful when it came to designing a headstone for my mother. They worked with me through the entire process and made it much easier to take care of a difficult situation. Joey at Vancouver Granite Works was excellent to work with. He was very accommodating and genuinely committed to helping us find and deliver a very specific monument. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, which I greatly appreciated. The marker is exactly what I hoped - plain but elegant, clearly made of high quality stone with deeply chiseled lettering that will stand the test of time. The staff was great, very patient through my decision making. But the “above and beyond” part was that they came out and professionally installed the marker out in the middle of nowhere, had to drive through a field and everything. Thanks, everyone at Vancouver Granite, for fulfilling my dad’s last wishes.
