Painfully slow, literally, with no one in the ER. The entire "security" staff just spends the time polishing eachothers knobs. Could not be less professional and more disruptive. " Guard" is actually on Facebook messenger on the job. Reviewing footage of 1 dude from days ago to make fun of. Pulled up a female employee badge and clearly creeped her. WASTE of taxpayer money
I've had the misfortune of meeting Nick, an emergency nurse who seems to be in the wrong profession. He's clueless about how to talk to patients, resulting in appalling service. To make matters worse, he has an obnoxious attitude, speaking to patients as if he's doing them a favor. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a hospital, where patients deserve respect, care, and compassion.
