This review is specifically for the Service Department (I have another review for the parts department). The service advisor was great. He gave me a quote for the timing belt and water pump. I forgot to mention to replace the tensioner ($100ish dollars) as well so that was added to the final cost. Even with the cost of the tensioner added in after it still came out a couple hundred dollars cheaper than what I was quoted. So that was nice. My issue was with something the mechanic forgot to do. Service advisor did fine. Repair seems to have fixed the problem, but too soon to tell. The service advisor informed me the repair to my transmission with 76k on it would be 6k, as the repair was extensive and takes significant time to repair. Dropped truck on a Thursday and advisor indicated it should be complete by the following Wednesday which was fine. Received a call from advisor on Monday, late in the day indicating that the truck had been repaired and was available to be picked up. I was surprised that the truck was d... read more
Monday morning on our way fishing we had truck problems. Turned around went home and took it to Vancouver Ford . They were able to get it in that day. They put it on the diagnostic. Called us told us the issues and got it fixed that morning. DeWayne was absolutely great at keeping us posted. He was pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much. The Browns
