I called to try to get my cart in because the check engine light came on and I needed to have it checked. they said that it would be 10 to 11 days and $295 just to check it. I only have the one car for our house and just like everyone we need the car.

The service dept. has been excellent to meet my Explorer servicing schedule and any warranty needs. I would purchase here again based on the service dept..
I asked about getting a courtesy ride home because the Ford poster directly behind the service representative says "we'll give you a ride home!" The Ford service guy said "that's a DIFFERENT Ford company." The service guy also said the turbo + direct injection motor doesn't need fully synthetic oil - I guess ruining expensive engines is good for business. What a joke. Don't make this mistake.
