The service dept. has been excellent to meet my Explorer servicing schedule and any warranty needs. I would purchase here again based on the service dept..
I asked about getting a courtesy ride home because the Ford poster directly behind the service representative says "we'll give you a ride home!" The Ford service guy said "that's a DIFFERENT Ford company." The service guy also said the turbo + direct injection motor doesn't need fully synthetic oil - I guess ruining expensive engines is good for business. What a joke. Don't make this mistake.

This review is specifically for the Service Department (I have another review for the parts department). The service advisor was great. He gave me a quote for the timing belt and water pump. I forgot to mention to replace the tensioner ($100ish dollars) as well so that was added to the final cost. Even with the cost of the tensioner added in after it still came out a couple hundred dollars cheaper than what I was quoted. So that was nice. My issue was with something the mechanic forgot to do.
