The biggest thing for me is they are ALWAYS behind. If you have a 10am appointment, don't expect to be seen until 10:30am or later. I've waited up to 45min until I was called, and had an appointment. It also takes FOREVER to get though on the phone, and when I couldn't get an appointment to refill my meds, i emailed asking if they could pass this note to my Dr, but instead emailed back and said the Dr can't do that and i need an appointment so i didnt have my meds for 3 nights. Extremely frustrating.

Dr. Feeley has been my family doctor for approx. 4 years, and I’m incredibly grateful to have her as my physician. She always follows up on our conversations and brings a thoughtful, compassionate, and knowledgeable approach to every appointment. I’ve also had the opportunity to receive care from Dr. Khramova, who is equally professional, supportive, and thorough. on multiple occasions i’ve had issues with the front desk staff. from being on hold for 45 minutes and my calls being dropped to no answer at all. i am a previous cancer patient who has seen a lot of specialist and been to a lot of different offices as well as working for a specialists office myself, this has to be the most unorganized with incompetent staff. this office seems to always have issues with their phones. today i was 25 minutes late for my appointment because i was coming from surrey to vancouver for a 9 am appoi... read more
