I just called to schedule an appointment and there isn't anybody to see me. I have been told to go to urgent care as you don't have anymore appointments available. If I want, I can try tomorrow. Your policy is that if I go to any other doctor that I am no longer able to be a patient in your practice. It is very confusing, as I was always told that no matter what, I can get in. My experience with Dr. Wilson has been very disappointing. Unless you ask very specific questions, you leave with little guidance. I booked a 45/35-minute appointment, but she rushed me out in 15. It feels like the focus here is not on patients’ well-being but on squeezing in as many billable appointments as possible. She even prescribed medication without explaining how to use it — I only found out from the pharmacist. The reception is just as bad. My name is Paul Pantazopoulos and I have been a patient of Doctor Wilson more recently. I am very pleased & impressed with her intelligence and pro-activity. Dr Wilson doesn’t rush, listens very well and if need be refers you to the appropriate specialists without waiting for long periods for of time. The office staff are on top of everything, helpful and caring. Best team & doctor I have ever had!
This clinic, very bad receptionist I I can’t speak for all doctors going there for years and I had a nurse practitioner that misdiagnosed me and never got the help that I needed now I’m in very big trouble in my We all know it’s very hard to find a doctor in BC. When you call in for an appointment to see your doctor And you are sick The next appointment will be in a week to 10 days so what’s the point?🤢
