I called to make a new patient appointment and got in the same week. The front office staff were so friendly and in good moods. The medical assistant and Dr. Chavez were very thorough and made me feel at ease. All together it was a pleasant visit.
Terrible place! Completely unorganized and over schedules patients. Wait time for me was over an hour once I arrived then was finally called back to wait another 20 min just to see the optometrist. Overheard multiple other patients in the waiting room complaining about wait time!
