Dr. Shen and the team were so very accommodating when I was experiencing severe pain in my bottom molar...needed a root canal STAT! Worked through their lunch hour to get me out of pain. It's been about a week and a half and no problems whatsoever. For a root canal, it was a great experience. Thanks for calling right away Dr. Shen to check in and make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend!
