Staff were so kind and understanding. My cat Cleo said she was scared to death at first as it had been a long time since her last appointment but everyone was very understanding and it helped set her mind at ease. She did mention however, whoever said her medicine was chicken flavored had obviously never tried it themselves :-). All in all it was a wonderful experience and I'm confident that Vancouver Downtown Pet Hospital was the right choice.

Dr. Alan and the entire staff at this clinic are the kindest, most caring bunch of people. They all put our 10 month old kitten completely at ease and she didn't even notice she had been given shots - they are that good - and everyone treats you like family. They follow up to make sure everything is going well after the appointment, too. Wonderful clinic, wonderful people. Can't recommend highly enough. 1000 out of 10 rating!!
