Went to Vancouver Diving Locker today to update my snorkeling kit. I dealt with Paul who was super friendly and extremly helpful. His patience was also outstanding, while i tried on several new masks before making my decision. This store knows the words "customer service". I left feeling so very satisfied with my new gear. I did the open water portion of my scuba certification with Vancouver Diving Locker and would highly recommend. Our instructor was Brad and he created a learning environment that was safe, comfortable and fun !! Thanks for the great weekend of learning how to scuba dive !!
Really great customer service - they were really prompt responding to emails and helping me find everything I needed, especially after needing to exchange an item by mail. Highly recommend!
