Easiest 5/5 in my life. Jamie is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and provides exceptional customer service. I purchased both the Drifters and the Concertos for me and my wife and both fit exceptionally well. He even went out of his way to hand deliver them due to an upcoming event we had. Will definitely be a return customer should I need anything additional in the future.

I went to see Jamie to get custom ear buds for my Bose Proflight 2. The original buds wouldn’t stay secure and needed frequent readjustment throughout the day. When I met with Jamie to make the ear molds, he took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions.
