It was my first time ordering custom balloons, and I was very impressed with the level of service I received! Very detailed and thorough, and they patiently explained the process to me from start to finish. The product arrived a few days sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise! And the finished balloons are lovely, exactly as ordered. The only thing that was disappointing was the hand inflator, it was just a cheap plastic product that broke as soon as I picked it up, so I wouldn't recommend that. Otherwise I'm super ... read more
