Circle craft parking rate is $49 if you want to park for more than 2 hours. I assume the Christmas market will have a similar rate. Just park nearby or on the street. If they were transparent about their rates and had a sign out front advertising. No one would drive in. They rely on people parking, getting to the machine and giving up.
