Extremely disappointing experience. I used their services in November 2024 due to a flu-related illness. While I was admitted, the staff were speaking loudly and even yelling around midnight, showing little regard for the patients’ need for rest and recovery. The medication provided was ineffective, and most of the staff seemed unprofessional — I genuinely believe a complete front staff replacement is needed.
