After I had a bad accident last year, I'm in and out this building and the Jim Patterson building (across street). All doctors and front desk are very nice & professional.
Vancouver Coastal Health coordinated my father's team of palliative care givers. They provided professional, compassionate care to us in our home, and worked tirelessly to make sure that all the different aspects of my father's care were seamless and of the highest quality. Every single member of their team went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed (and many things we didn't even know we needed). I wish I could give them a rating of higher than five stars.
