I’m very disappointed with the phone service at Vancouver Coastal Health. I called to ask a question about billing, and I may have reached the wrong department by mistake. However, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Instead of helping me redirect my question, she spoke in a very unpleasant and condescending tone, saying things like, “What does that have to do with me?” Her attitude was completely unprofessional. I hope this reaches someone at VCH. The vaccine experience for kids is very upsetting. The mass vaccine area they have going is loud, dirty, unorganized and stressful for children. So not a surprise that many of them cry or get scared in this environment. Very much recommend to make the space more welcoming, warm, and kids friendly (think TVs, toys, etc). Very disappointed.
