We are so grateful for the exceptional care my daughter received from Dr. Kevin Lee. For years, she had a severe hazelnut allergy, and we were always worried about accidental exposure. I always have a good experience seeing Dr Irene Chair for my allergies. She is warm, empathetic and professional. She makes me feel at ease during our appointments and clearly very knowledgeable. Her care for her patients is evident in the way she carries herself and her warm demeanour.
Dr. Kevin Lee is truly an exceptional doctor. He is incredibly thorough, compassionate, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel at ease and took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns. The reception staff and the nurse doing the initial screening and allergy testing are all great. I'm still unclear as to why their records indicate that they left numerous voicemail messages and sent numerous emails, with actually nothing being received. I also indicated I was moving out of town and reception indicated no problem. But then Dr Ruiz... Basically why bother if you're moving, do Breathing test/don't have time, why bother.
