This location is not for labs, and the receptionist was kind enough to give me a list of locations with Vancouver Clinic that do. It’s unfortunate they don’t have location specific phone numbers.
5 years with them on this. My primary care sent me to my psychiatrist instead " sorry you're itchy ". This is after 5 years of battling it with them. This looks much better than it did thanks to me not them but I ended up going to the emergency room because I was absolutely suicidal and they treated me really poorly and didn't x-ray of my chest cavity for some weird reason and said well everything inside of the chest cavity looks normal and I was like I didn't come here for inside of my chest cavity I came here for my tissue... read more
Took my mom in for her first visit. Right off the bat they wanted to put her on a new prescription, without completely knowing her history. When scheduling her next appointment, the nurse seemed very impatient, taking deep breaths like she just didn't want to help my mom. Bedside manner is something you need to have when working with people, especially senior citizens. The front desk girls were not personable either.
Wonderful Dr's and staff. It's the best place for the best care
They don't care about their patients, which is why they did a quiet but massive layoff recently, modeling after Kaiser and getting rid of most of their receptionists, in favor of one or two in one suite near the main entrance, very impersonal. I was recently forced to find another doctor, because they will not accept Molina or any other form of medicaid for primary care physician visits, only by referral. So although I have an extremely rare congenital condition, I can't be seen unless I go to an Urgent Care and get a referr... read more
