They wait to let you know they declined your refill of medications until the day you run out of it and say you can’t get more until you come in. No appointments were available soon enough so I had to pay to go to urgent care to get a refill just to keep me from being stuck with withdrawal symptoms for weeks. Putting in a complaint got me zero response. I definitely won’t be coming back here, it just seems like nobody cares about you at this clinic.
Scheduling appt.-easy Check in-friendly staff Provider-friendly, communicative, professional I was sent a review form befor bill shows up- Billing- Medical exam-fee- of course! Fee has gone up & does not include any shots/xrays, etc Shot-fee-of course An administration fee- what the ??? What a crock of crapola!! The admin fee more than shot!! Ridiculous-nickel & diming patients
Went online per my insurance instructions and selected a primary doctor. Check. Made an appointment. Check. Showed up early as requested in both the email and text reminder. Check. They aren’t open for another 15 minutes (why tell people to come when you are closed??) they day prior I got a voicemail from a rather rude sounding lady saying she’s cancelling my appointment due to lack of insurance. Absolutely Love Dr Sorensen.! So much information she gave me! Also Rachel her ophthalmology Tech was wonderful too! And it started at the front desk with Chelsea! Loved her too! Top notch care here! I am a picky nurse and know good care when I see it! Thanks Dr S & Rachel & Chelsea! Superior service at Ridgefield Ophthalmology ! ❤️ Let me add Aaron to that list!
