Positive experience with ENT Dr. Sheppert
This ENT place is completely incapable of managing patients. I have no idea what their problem is but they are canceling my appointments repeatedly. I'm on a 6-month wild goose hunt just trying to get care here for throat problems that are severe enough that they are preventing me from speaking and doing my job. An extremely rude staff member called me to schedule an appointment over the phone. I canceled all together due to this interaction and will take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed.
