Bafoons. Refused to make an appointment due to needing a referal on a PPO Plan? With a PPO, no referal is needed, we are not on a HMO. Customer service center hung up on me several times because they did not know where to go or how to find a manager. My wife needs to see a neurologist with a deadly family condition and they just do not care. Worst medical facility ever!
I had a very good time with Accent Eye Care. They made everything easy. The warm smile when I walked into the office made me feel comfortable. The honest opinions on what frames worked for me and which did not made it much easier on me. I felt no pressure. Just an honest opinion. I would suggest this office to anyone in need of eye care! What a neat Dr. Full of personality. The staff, they are awesome! Friendly, helpful! They picked out the CUTEST glasses for me. They were honest about what frames looked great on me. They didnt try to push the expensive ones, just the ones that looked just right! I could not be happier. Or look better in a pair of glasses!
