I would not rent it for a birthday party, even being a nice and fun place. We were invited to a party and I have seen that even having two hours of celebration, the kids are having lots of fun until they started to clean up and sanitizing everything 45 minutes before the party ended. I understand the rules you have in your web page for the rental... but if you get my suggestion... it would be ideal to have a gap of 30 minutes between every party. Amazing place to hold a kids birthday party! We showed up late to our own birthday party event because of traffic and kiddo getting injured last minute and the staff took care of everything from start to finish, letting us catch our breath.
We bought items online for a classroom. The hours to pickup are limited and not posted anywhere (the Google hours are not accurate for pickups). So I went there on a Friday afternoon and they were closed, called and no one answered, and sent an email. Only in the email response were the hours relayed. Please make these hours public on your online store, website and elsewhere to save people time! We ended up having to buy a second set of items from Walmart to have them in time for class.
