Receptionist is rude. Took her 10 minutes to locate information on the phone. Can't understand her. She called to ask a question, called back 5 minutes later and she couldn't locate the information.. We traveled from the interior for this appointment and we are so disappointed with how we were treated the whole process through. We will not come back.

I had no reminder of my upcoming appointment. They called me five minutes before the appointment to see if I was coming. I live more than a 1/2 hour away. I'm the sort of person who is 20 minutes early for a doctor's appointment, not someone who just doesn't bother to come. They told me I couldn't get another appointment unless I paid them $100. I told them no thanks. There are extenuating circumstances. And the sad part is, I have something wrong with my left breast. Now I'll have to wait several months for a regular mammog... read more
