My optometrist Dr. Vanessa Flak immediately put me at ease. She did all the necessary measurements and then explained the pictures that were taken and answered several questions I had. I highly recommend Vancouver Block and their staff. Everyone was super friendly and the office had a great vibe!

*Update* I've seen Dr. Flak quite recently, again. As is usually the case with me, it takes extra work and attention to deal with my wonky vision issues. Dr. Flak went the extra mile and figured things out, like no other Optometrist I've ever dealt with. After the rather involved appointment, Dr. Flak connected me with Colleen(?) who then helped me get proper frames for my unusual prescription. They were exactly what i was looking for!!
