Came out to inspect the gutter work that's been done by American Seamless Gutters for customer 3601 K street Vancouver, WA 98663, Very poor workmanship, Gutter guards installed improperly on top of the drip edge flashing, In result lifting up the shingles allowing water to back flow.(polling) If he was an experienced gutter installer, He would not recommend the gutter guards on a low pitch roof.
