Unreliable! This company said they would show up at noon for the first job at our home and didn’t. There was no communication. We waited until 12:20 and finally texted the owner. The response was that they would be ‘around’ 90 minutes late because of the rain( in Vancouver!) and traffic. The owner got quite rude saying I should be more empathetic.
