Had a walk-in haircut with Damian and am very pleased. Damian was very careful and took the time to get my haircut right.
I’m a barber visiting from Australia and needed a haircut myself. Although the barber didn’t charge me which I appreciate, the crown being completely cut off and lack of sectioning with a comb that caused a side part that’s as uneven as the lion bridge road is not something I appreciate. We had miscommunication about what I wanted and I accept that just happens but even when the result of the miscommunication is very bad maybe it’s beyond just communication skills. I came in and Damian paid attention to detail, the end result was great.
I went in for a skin fade, but the barber ended up cutting my hair all the way to the top. He seemed to be rushing because he had to be somewhere and finished the entire haircut in just 8 minutes. He didn’t even ask if I was happy with the result or give me a chance to check it in the mirror. He left hair all over my head, neck, and clothes. On top of that, one side of my head has noticeably more hair than the other — it's completely uneven. Barely touched my front hair.
